Last Updated: September 25, 2026
Welcome to SIN — Style Identity Narrative (“SIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, purchasing a service or product, booking an appointment, or participating in a SIN styling experience, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Service Policies.
Styling & Advisory Services
SIN provides personalized fashion and image consulting services, which may include personal styling, Style Identity Narrative development, 16-season color analysis, body shape and proportion analysis, wardrobe editing, closet organization, wardrobe archiving, personal shopping, digital styling, lookbook creation, and related image and fashion consulting services.
Our recommendations are informed by professional expertise, client preferences, lifestyle, measurements and information supplied by the client, budget, availability, and the individual objectives established during the styling process.
Style is inherently subjective. Recommendations represent the professional judgment of SIN and are not guarantees of any particular personal, professional, social, or financial outcome.
Color & Body Analysis
Color analysis, body shape analysis, proportion analysis, and similar services are professional styling tools intended to inform wardrobe and image decisions.
Results may be influenced by lighting, photography, digital displays, hair color, cosmetics, measurements, and other variables. Virtual assessments may differ from assessments conducted in person.
These services are provided for fashion and styling purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical, dermatological, psychological, or other professional health advice.
Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of a deposit or be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of amounts paid.
SIN reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
Payment is required according to the terms presented at booking, on the applicable invoice, or within an individual client service agreement.
Services will not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional services, purchases, travel, alterations, shipping, or expenses outside the original scope of work may be invoiced separately.
Pricing and service offerings may change at any time. Changes will not retroactively alter services already purchased unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Refund Policy
Because SIN services are highly personalized and require advance preparation, creative work, research, analysis, and reserved professional time, payments for styling and consulting services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.
Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued because a client decides not to purchase recommended merchandise, changes personal preferences, chooses not to implement recommendations, or elects to discontinue the service.
Time invested in consultations, research, sourcing, wardrobe analysis, shopping, digital archiving, styling, and lookbook development is considered part of the professional service provided.
Shopping, Purchases & Returns
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SIN provides recommendations and may provide direct links to independent retailers. Purchases made through third-party retailers constitute transactions between the client and the applicable retailer.
Clients are responsible for completing purchases, verifying sizing and product information, reviewing retailer policies, managing shipping, and arranging returns or exchanges. Clients are also responsible for applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, alteration costs, and other expenses associated with their purchases.
SIN cannot guarantee the continued availability of a particular item, size, color, price, or promotion.
SIN is not responsible for retailer inventory changes, discontinued merchandise, product defects, counterfeit or misrepresented third-party merchandise, shipping delays, lost or damaged shipments, order fulfillment, or third-party return and exchange policies.
Fit, Sizing & Virtual Styling
Fashion sizing and garment construction vary considerably among brands and manufacturers. While SIN uses professional judgment when recommending products, we cannot guarantee the fit, sizing, construction, quality, or comfort of third-party merchandise.
Virtual services rely in part on photographs, measurements, preferences, and other information supplied by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.
Color appearance may also vary due to photography, lighting, device screens, display calibration, and manufacturing differences.
Wardrobe Archive & Client Ap
Certain SIN services may include photographing, cataloging, uploading, organizing, or digitally archiving items from a client’s wardrobe and making those materials available through a private client platform or application.
Clients remain responsible for the physical care, maintenance, insurance, storage, and security of their garments, accessories, jewelry, and personal property.
The digital archive is a styling and organizational resource and should not be relied upon as an insurance appraisal, authentication record, valuation, or permanent backup of personal property.
Availability and functionality of third-party applications or technology platforms may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or discontinued for reasons outside SIN’s control.
Travel & In-Person Services
Travel fees may apply to services provided outside SIN’s designated local service area
Transportation, lodging, parking, airfare, shipping, or other reasonable travel-related expenses may be invoiced separately or included within a customized proposal.
Applicable travel arrangements and charges will be communicated before the relevant service whenever reasonably practicable.

SIN may occasionally provide links through which SIN receives an affiliate commission, referral fee, or other compensation when a purchase is completed.
Where applicable, such relationships will be disclosed in accordance with applicable requirements.
